WBW – Terms of Use & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to WooBeWoo (“WBW”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our plugins or other digital products (“Products”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all Products sold on woobewoo.com. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not purchase or use our Products.

WBW is a business registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.

2. Products and Licensing

  • When you buy a WBW Product, you receive a license key that allows you to use the plugin on a set number of websites (for example, 1-site, 5-site, or unlimited-site license).
  • Each license includes one year of updates and support from the date of purchase.
  • After your license expires, you can continue using the plugin, but you will no longer receive updates or support.
  • Licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or distributed without our written consent.
  • We reserve the right to revoke a license if we believe it has been misused or shared in violation of these Terms.

3. Delivery

  • All WBW Products are digital downloads.
  • After payment is successfully processed, you will receive access to your plugin files and license key in your WBW account.
  • No physical products are shipped.
  • Please make sure your email address is correct during checkout so you can receive your download and license information.

4. Software Updates

  • Active licenses include access to plugin updates.
  • Updates may include feature improvements, security patches, or compatibility fixes.
  • Once your license expires, updates will stop automatically unless you renew your license.
  • We cannot guarantee that older versions of our plugins will continue to work with future versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, or PHP.

5. Support

  • WBW provides technical support only for customers with a valid, active license.
  • Support includes help installing, configuring, and troubleshooting WBW plugins, and advice on plugin features.
  • Support does not include:
    • Resolving conflicts with third-party themes, plugins, or custom code
    • Fixing hosting-related issues or server configurations
    • Custom feature development or major design changes
  • Support hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 21:00 (GMT+02:00), excluding public holidays.
    • Pro users: priority replies (typically within 4 hours)
    • Free users: standard replies (typically within 1 business day)
      Response times are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Pricing and Renewals

  • Product prices, features, and renewal terms may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes apply only to new purchases or renewals.
  • Your license renewal is optional but recommended to keep receiving updates and support.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • All WBW plugins, source code, designs, documentation, and other related materials remain the intellectual property of WooBeWoo.
  • You may not claim ownership, resell, redistribute, or reproduce our Products in whole or in part.
  • All WBW trademarks, names, and logos are the property of WooBeWoo and may not be used without written permission.

8. Refunds for Digital Goods

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but because our Products are digital and available immediately after payment, our refund policy is limited.

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase only if:

  • The Product does not work as described, and
  • You have contacted our support team and given us the opportunity to resolve the issue, and
  • The problem cannot be fixed within a reasonable time.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase
  • Compatibility issues with third-party themes, plugins, or hosting environments
  • Failure to read or understand the Product description before buying
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, typically within 7 business days.

EU/UK customers: By downloading or activating a WBW digital Product, you agree to immediate delivery and waive the right to cancel under the standard 14-day cooling-off period for digital goods, as allowed by consumer law.

9. Warranty and Liability

  • WBW Products are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure our plugins are safe and functional, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every environment.
  • WBW is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use our Products.
  • Your use of our Products is entirely at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on woobewoo.com/terms-conditions, with the “Last updated” date changed accordingly.
Continued use of our Products after changes take effect means you agree to the new Terms.
