WooCommerce Product Filter is one of the most convenient and efficient product filtering plugins for your WooCommerce store. As practice shows, the use of this plugin allows you to accompany a potential buyer to the product he needs much faster and more comfortable, and often allows you not to lose a client at all.
For example, you can add a filter directly on the main page (or any other page that has no products) of your site, and when a site user selects any filter values, he will receive filtering results for the selected query already on a specific page.
For this, the plugin has an option Redirect after filter selection, and this tutorial will help you configure this option.
Redirect after filter selection
In order to enable the option and select which page users will link to after selecting the filtering parameters, go to the Settings-> Main tab.
And check the box next to Redirect after filter selection. You can enable Redirect if only click the button.
Then you can select one of the available pages to redirect to it after selecting a filter
Redirect a product filter from a non-product page to a shop page. For example, the very common use of this option is when you place a product filter, as a search box (or any other filters) right on the home page of your site, or on any other without products.
Then enable the redirect option to the store page. Now, when the user sets a query in the search bar (or in any other filter), the filter will automatically redirect the user to the specified page with all the parameters of the filtering query saved.
After you have added a filter to the page you need using a widget or shortcode, we can see how it will look on the front-end:
