Getting to know the analytics section

The analytics section is designed to help in obtaining a real-time status report, determining the most effective use, obtaining up-to-date data on the use of the bonus system, and many other indicators. Go to plugin menu -> Analytics section. Next, select the desired period and metric.
Bonus system analytics
  • Profit. The sum of all purchases made (completed), regardless of the participation in them of bonus points and buyer roles. Displayed as a line graph. On the chart, the periods when the bonus system was active are highlighted with a green, translucent background.
  • Count of purchased products. Quantities (pieces) of all goods is completed (completed) orders, regardless of the participation in them of bonus points. Displayed as a line graph. On the chart, the periods when the bonus system was active are highlighted with a green, translucent background.
  • Dynamics of the customer base. All users, of any roles, have made at least 1 completed order, regardless of whether he is a member of the bonus system. Displayed as a line graph. On the chart, the periods when the bonus system was active are highlighted with a green, translucent background.
  • Cost. The sum of all bonuses spent by users for the purchase of goods. Displayed as a line graph. On the chart, the periods when the bonus system was active are highlighted with a green, translucent background.
  • Bonus program conversion (returnability). Shows how many of those who received points made a repeat purchase. Shows how the percentage of conversion: (The number of participants in the bonus system who partially or fully paid for purchases with points (completed orders, meaning the basket is complete) / The total number of participants in the bonus system who have points for purchases) * 100%. For periods when the bonus system is not enabled, the red background is displayed with the caption bonus system disabled.
  • Percentage of purchases with spent points. The share of purchases (meaning the entire basket of completed orders), with points spent – is displayed as a percentage of purchases with/without spent points, for the selected period. (PIE chart with two parts: With points / without points).
  • Percentage of purchases earning points. The share of purchases (completed orders, meaning the whole basket), with the receipt of points – is displayed as a percentage of purchases for which they give points / no points, for the selected period (PIE diagram with two parts: With points / without points).
  • Best-selling product (with BP). The best-selling product (order must be completed) is rewarded with bonuses for the entire selected period. Displayed as a list.
  • Most Purchased Product for Bonuses. The most purchased product (the order must be completed) with partial or full payment with bonuses; Displayed as a list.
